2 havoc 15" or 1 mayhem 18"

Hi,

i’m from germany and i’m looking for some ascendant audio subs.

i have an us amps usa-3000 (class a/b) and now i have to decline between two havoc 15d2 or a single mayhem 18d1. I want silly lows for tracks like “put on by jeezy” or “love for money by drama”.

the box would be the same for both installations. i have space for a 7 cu ft. box after all displacements with a 85 in² port tuned to ~28 hz.

So what do you think would be the best choice for me in this box? two havocs have more cone area, i think this could be an advantage for my goal but what i’ve heard the Mayhem is a very brutal sub.

Havocs are geared more towards SQ while the Mayhem is a daily SPL sub.

So the Havoc's should sound better, but the Mayhem doesn't sound bad itself.

Both have good low end.
