Danley Soundlabs Matterhorn Subwoofer

Recommended Posts

http://www.danleysoundlabs.com/danleyport.asp?ID=33

The most powerful semi-mobile subwoofer in the world. Can create tones of 94db from a 15-20hz sine wave, up to 250 meters (820ft) away.

Can play 15hz tone at 140db 24hours a day 7 days a week without electricity due to a generator it has inside.

40 15" subwoofers and 40,000 watts self generated power.. Pretty impressive.

I found it pretty interesting.. Anyone heard of this company/ subwoofer room?

Their record of the number of subs in one vehicle has been beat ... Ear Candy had 144 12s installed (still holds the world record today that I know of) ...

I saw he had 32 Cerwin Vega Strokers.

I cant imagine the wiring on 144 subs!!

It was a scary site (the wiring), but very well organized ... Something I never want to see / or hear again ...
