do i route amp remote lead on the amp power side

Generally the remote turn on terminal is on the same side as the power and ground terminals, but I don't see why you have to ask? You can't just look at the amplifier?

When you bought your first car, did you enter from the driver side?

When you mount the amp, have the heat sink facing up, IE: not upside down.

Oh, and thank you. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to raise my post count. Once I reach 8k my daddy says he's gonna buy me a new car.

I would keep it away from the rca cables.

Some companies actually run a remote wire attached to the RCA's. The RCA cables are shielded so it makes no difference.

Yeah I believe in the past, the rcas didn't have any shielding so it was problematic, but just about any cheap rcas now a days is fine.
