Chrysler has been doing it for years now, 30 gig hard drives for just that purpose. I would assume that it could happen sooner than later because of the fact that solid state hard drives and large format thumb drives are dropping in price substantially.

I have considered these as well if I choose not to go the full range/dedicated mid bass route. I look forward to your thoughts on the driver.

After talking to Eric Stevens he swayed me to try them out. If I like them that much then I will upgrade to a pair of their 8" drivers.

The power series, there is audiable whine when ran in 4 channel but not 2 channel.

Well thats excellent news because I went with the Prime Series, R600-4D. I didnt want to shell any big money for a class d till I got my Zed so I went with a lower series. Thanks for the info because I was looking at that Power series one as well.
