hey i got it i put the sub in. DHL sucks they damaged the box during shipment heres the pics

i love the box. bj did a nice job building it and chris did a great job designing it, THANKS GUYS maybe we can send a claim to dhl?

I cant access my email right now, but I will get to you tonight and we will figure out what to do next. In the mean time, do not throw away any of the packing materials, as DHL will have to see everything or they will automatically dismiss the claim. And, it probably wasnt a good idea to install the woofer already. They will look for every option available to not give anyone any cash. Just an fyi.

chit the damage didnt affect anything on the inside i checked it its just corners smashed in it won affect anything its just cosmetic which sucks too

Good to hear nothing major was messed up. For the most part, I have had pretty good luck with DHL. Prices are good compared to UPS, transit times are fast. But ocassionally, due to all the large packages I ship out, one gets dinged up a little.
