Need Tipps on Gain Matching Amps

I am going to Gain match the Amps using a Dmm & an O-scope,

anyone done this ? have any input on how to get the most outta

the amps without Overdriving them ???

just want to do it different than Strapped

any constructive suggestions or input is welcome :)

Just did a friends 01' S-10 Blazer. We started at the head unit and found where that started to clip and then set each amp tweaking and adjusting crossover points to find where the sine wave didn't clip. We used the Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty test CD. We used the 0db gain and -5db gain and found a happy medium and went from there. It gave my friend a sense of relief knowing he wouldn't overdrive his speakers... fing05.gif

Word of advice, make sure you have a head unit with remote and set it to track repeat while setting and make sure you have closed windows and doors as the tones get very irritating.... :D
