What amp should I get??

I know absolutely nothing about amps

does the amp have to be a minimum of 600w?

does it have to be pioneer brand bc the sub is pioneer? or does the brand make no difference?

No it doesn't have to be the same brand. And I would not get an amp even close to 600 watts RMS for that sub, as that 600 watt rating on the sub is the MAX rating. It's actually only 120 watts RMS. So it really only needs a 100-150 watt RMS amp.

my budget is at about the $100 range but i can find deals on ebay/craigslist so feel free to just shoot me some ideas for amps!
