Pain in the ass to change avatar

I don't know why but every time i want to change my picture it is a pain in the ass, does anyone else have this problem?

Never had a problem doing that.

I click choose file, select the photo, then click save changes... and my old photo is still there. i tried removing the avatar before hand, then repeated the process and my old one still shows up.

EDIT: When i click choose file, then select the photo, the name of the photo will be next to "choose file" but my old/current avatar is still there...

Google CHROME The image is JPG and i was able to change my profile picture, the avatar is being stubborn.
