The simplest thing, a roller! I want to get started on deadening my doors, and possibly my trunk!

By far the easiest door to take apart.

DSC01193.jpg

DSC01194.jpg

factory deadening, it was really gooey and probably the same thickness as heavy duty foil

DSC01195.jpg

Door mostly complete

DSC01197.jpg

Complete!

DSC01198.jpg

Factory deadening, as you can tell very thin foil but lots of a rubber compound, I don't think it's asphalt based because it has little to no odor same as the SDS

Overall... the ambient noise from outside is still very low, however while playing my radio loud and closing it all up it's pretty much quiet. Although the car it's self is quite quiet. I could be driving down the highway going 80 with the windows down, roll them up and it's quiet pretty much instantly very little road noise.

Great product, very thick, goes on easy i suggest SDS to ANYONE who is looking for an alternative to SecondSkin, Dynamat, Etc.

I thank don for such great CS and for making such a great product, overall it took me about 3.5-4 hours total for both doors i may be adding more to the tight places but i have yet to decide.

The only negative was it's sharp as razor blades and it's difficult to cut with a utility knife! Both cannot be prevented but that's a good thing!

looking good, my car sucks a bit at 80 on the highway, but i don't have my door panels on atm or the MLV on yet. nice neat placement and workmen ship on your end tho. keep it up.
