An 18 foot sub is a big ass sandwich.

You will need to severely constrain the driver in the box. "Wrapping" it is not enough.

When I sold my 15's I went to Lowes and bought a sheet of the foam insulation like they put between the house and siding. Forget what it's called, but it pink.

I cut out the center out a little bit at a time and set the subs inside that, then inside a cardboard box.

Overkill prolly, but the subs arrived safe and sound.
