what is in this box...

its one of those new NUKES from Ground Zero!

Gonna put it in a 2 cube box tuned to 32 with aero ports (prety much the same box as my RLP

Continuous power handling is 2500w

Burps: 5kw PER Voic coil so 10k in total

37.5mm One way xmax

this sub is ridiculous

Holy mother of PHATT SURROUND !

If it can take 5K of burps but only has a 8" cone what good is it ?

nah it can take 10k burps 5kw PER VC... this is craigs take on it:

It is a half truth about the cone area. The purpose of a surround as

used in a wide bandwidth woofer as opposed to a narrow bandwidth SUB

woofer is to terminate any unwanted phasing irregularities as high

frequencies leave the coil and travel up the cone. They need to have a

brake so they do not go back down.
