Odd Hours for a bit

Phone hours will be 8 AM - 2 PM minus 12-1 for lunch the rest of this week (has been this way for a week or so already) -- but will be back to normal next week.

We've had to work around a bit of an odd work schedule for a bit but we'll have it back to normal next week

I sent money for a t-shirt last week and just wanted to double check on it since you guys have been so busy lately! :) no rush, just making sure the money wasn't lost in the craziness :P Wanna wear it when I show off my new 4 sa10's and saz 3000d I just purchased 2 weeks ago :fing34: Thanks for all your hard work!!

Ok, is there anything I would need to do or change? I already sent the money via paypal last week and wasn't sure how long it usually took or if you guys email us about orders. I know I ordered a large so just let me know. :P I wasn't sure how the process worked and if it was like a next day type thing or took like a week.

Someone post or PM me Sundown's phone number... my SAX-200.4D was blown right out of the box and they are not responding to my warranty request over email.

Still never got a shirt or an email about the shirt? Or a PM. I sent the money 2-3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything really? The money was taken out of my account when I sent it though. Just checkin because I wasn't told to do anything, it just said to send the money to sundown's paypal account that is listed in their section. :( Wanted to rep the shirt with my new setup..

Try sending an email again to Jacob. They are extremely busy and I know he has been training a new employee. Sundown will make it right for you.

For the 200.4 -- it has to be repaired under warranty as we don't have any to replace it when.

http://www.db-r.com -- repair service request -- tell him it's for warranty -- send copy of original invoice.

Can you send an email to the guy at dB-r and tell him to repair my amp? He is being a dick and saying he isn't going to touch it unless you contact him. And yes, I sent him the invoice from woofersetc.

I want the shirt bad :) I mean.. When I show my friends my new system they go.. "I've never heard of Sundown Audio before?.." Then I'm just like, well you're about to, and you'll never forget them once you step inside my car.. ( turns on Saz-3000d and 4 SA-10s only 3/4th the way up... O oops did I make your hair fly around? Sorry :) didn't mean to make your ears bleed.
