dust cap issue?

has anyone had any issues with the dustcaps? my zcons cap just flew off today outa no where. im assuming because it was plastic? im not sure but the subs have a fresh recone kit less than 2 days old and bam. i was kinda pissed blaming the recone first but it was so eaily fixed im not considered at all. nothing a littl 2 part epoxy couldnt handle! anyway just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue

Yea man they came off clean and was able to get them right back on a little sanding and everything with perfectly
