Starting a new sub box

This is what I have so far. I should have it done in a day or so.

You shoudve lined up the screw holes in the port.

Thx, I plan on filing them in and covering the box. So I wasn't to concered with the "looks". I just hope it sounds good when I'm done. It should be better that the PVC ported box I have now (I hope).

looks good, if you want to smooth air flow out you can try to round in the corners a little

I've routered the port ends (pic 2), but i'll be using silicone for the inside corners. Hopfully that'll round them out enough.

a little trick is taking a cut up PVC pipe and pour resin between it and the corner of the box
