Adding your car audio system to your car insurance?

Recommended Posts

Ok I, like others on here, have literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars on my car audio set up. I have car insurance through Progressive. I was wondering if it is possible to insure my full system and rims on my car insurance? I am pretty sure that if I do it will skyrocket my payment. Any advice?

you can get comprehensive ,  and also a supplement insurance ,

but  you have to have your shit BOLTED to the car,  not attached.. BOLTED,

and in the event something happens,   keep inmind.. they are in the insurance biz... aka  there to fuck you !!!

if you do end up getting a settlement it will be a joke!

a few years ago my uncles trailer got broken into.. stole all his tools,

they depreciated all his tools. lol oh a 25 dollar hammer? how old was the hammer sir? oh   i see... 5 $ issued.  lol

a fucking year old hammer works the same as a new hammer!!! but yet, they find a way to fuck you !!!

Agree with bigjon here. I have only seen one lucky occurrence where I was speaking to my insurance agent that made the suggestion to a customer to use MSRP and buy as cheap as possible. Luckily after giving them the MSRP of the rims he got 200 more than what he paid for them. MSRP of rims was 3800. They only gave him 1650 and he paid right at 1500 for them.
