Question for those with a battery in the trunk...

Recommended Posts

What do you use to islolate the front & rear battery???

...should I use a battery isolator; or, will a high power relay work ok?

If they are the same battery just wire them in parallel.

we've used isolators..but generally we just wire them in parallel and run a fuse just in front of the second battery. not a single problem yet...

I have a 500amp fuse right after my big SVR up front and an Isolatot right next to my rear battery in my car,

works fine, I just need a bigger alt, but they are $$$ for germans
