the only thing routed is the port opening... and it was done with a flush bit..after drilling a pilot hole...

of course, all edges are rounded off, including the port ends internally.

the sub opening is cut with jigsaw...mad skillz i tell ya!!!

ur in a saturn right now, right? u can backstrap ur radio to something..

also, brownbread, dynamat the entire area around the radio. do as much of the dash as u can reach.
