Thumbs up to DB-r

I bought a Sundown 100.4 refurb from DB-r a while back while it was on sale. When i got around to installing it, it was blowing fuses on the distro as soon as you hooked it up. So I sent it out to DB-r Tuesday before thanksgiving and I recieved the amp back TODAY (1 week and 1 day later). I am completely amazed with it being the week of Thanksgiving I received the amp back so quickly. That includes shipping time BOTH ways. The whole time it was out DB-r kept me updated with emails. I just wanted to give credit to DB-r for the excellent work they did. :bigclap:

thats awsome to hear... all tomany times repair shops keep ya in the dark and seem to take for ever....

That is really good to hear. I'm glad they took care of you. Even though nobody wants to have equipment fail on them, its good to know someone will take care of you like that. Even more so since I have 3 100.4's and I'm saving for a 3000d for my build !!!
