i've been around, caf, ca, diy, blah blah. im here for answers though.

i'd love to hear back from fi about my XXX recone kit... anyone else have troubles with fi and their customer service, they have no problem talking to me about payment and what not, but when payments sent out, they don't talk to me for 5+ days

Here just email Nick that works over a fi and he would be gladly to help u. His Email is Nick@ficaraudio.com

Ive personally have had no problem with fi customer service.

I feel like an ass, but i was under the assumption they were preassembled so i thought it would have been shipped, i now understand they have to assemble the recone kits. thanks everyone :D
