Dry Ice And Car Air Box ;)

Recommended Posts

Ok So I Was Thinking The Other Dayy.

What If You Were To Put Dry Ice In The Air Box Of A Car?

Would It Improve The Performance?

Since It Would Be Releasing Compressed Gas InTo the Intake Stream.

Lets Start A Thread Of What Are Ways That You Guys Have Heard Of In Which Would mess Up A Cars Engine By Putting Something In The Gass Tank.

EX: Sugar In the gas tank

Put a hand full sand in air box. :drink40: If its diesel car add some gas in tank or if its gas car add some diesel, put oil in a gas tank.

If you put dry ice in the air intake the car would just stall. That's it. It wouldn't have oxygen for the combustion process. It also wouldn't be compressed gas at all, the intake would just suck the carbon dioxide vapor into the intake as it sublimes. It wouldn't have long term effects like sugar in the gas tank.

Actually I don't think gasoline hurts diesel vehicles that much unless you do it on purpose repeatedly. It's not good for them, but it's nothing like if you put diesel into a gasoline vehicle.

lol wow this suggestion is IMO stupid.

Dry ice = compressed CO2...CO2 does not help anything with fire.

I thought most people knew that dry ice was CO2...thats why you don't stick your head in a cooler with dry ice...you'll pass out and freeze your face off

:ehh: hey guys, who we trying to f*ck up here?

are we just trashing the fueling system?

i have a feeling we could get real creative if it is the whole vehicle...... :suicide-santa:

mixed combo of gas, water, and high proof alclohol in diesel......nasty little combo there

brake fluid and a super soaker water gun will create a ugly little paint issue........

t-iron , nicely fashioned into tire spikes tend to create a finacial delima.......

get a hold of the similar chemical used to disable "clunkers" , that should do some damage......

oh sh*t, wait a minute, did we say we was tearing up a car completly yet?

might of got carried away there.

:drink40:

chop
