Just looked that up and realized it's like a Flip. Wow that's pretty nice for a $100 cam.

I'm using a Panasonic Z Lumix. Takes great vid but the audio on the stock mic gets distorted at high levels.

What did/are you getting to replace it?

Yeah the only similarities are the looks....lol The Zi8 shits all over the flip! lol I'm getting a Canon VIXIA HF R100....i like what i saw with it
