scion with bmw motor?

Recommended Posts

That's a mistake from whoever uploaded those pics.

That's from another car.. a BMW perhaps.

Look at the rest of the pics-

All pics but the engine pic is taken with car in driveway...

Then the engine pic is taken while in the grass and a tree behind it when there is no tree in the other pics.

I own a tc and EVERYTHING under the hood in that pic is different, including the frame work around the hood so can't be same car.

They have a concept car with a boxer engine, but it's not in production.

Given enough time, money, and ingenuity, you can pretty much install any engine in any vehicle.

I want to find a trashed Prius and install a blown/injected BBF in that bitch.

I don't think it's even 100% that Scion will be the one selling it. I've heard rumors it will be Subaru as well. I've also read Subaru might make the vehicle or possibly both manufactures will.

I agree that's not the same car but I absolutely love when people swap engines.

some that have recently caught my eye....

how about a WRX engine in a 914 porsche, http://www.renegadeh...ubie/Subie.html

VR6 in a fiero http://www.fiero.nl/...TML/000014.html

mazda MPV ...nissan 300xz twin turbo... http://www.cardomain.../1993-mazda-mpv

how about a yugo with a 2.2L turbo (dodge) + a little cadillac power adder in the rear... http://www.914world....showtopic=13450

and I just found a v-12 corvair http://blogs.motortr...swaps-2271.html
