Need help finding the rms of an old amp

Recommended Posts

I was given this amp and plan on installing it tomorrow but im having no luck finding the rms of this amp. I thought I found that it was 50x4 but the picture of that amp was different than mine. The heat sink on mine overhangs two inchs on each side. Amp says Memphis PBC 4400. I took some pictures but with my iPad but they're a little blurry.

Will be running an image dynamics component set off of this. I need to know if I can bridge them or if this amp puts out too much for that.

I saw that too, but the amp they say puts out 55x4 doesn't look like this one. I know the model number is the same but is mine like a special edition or something?

Probably just a different model year. Memphis recycles model numbers even when making cosmetic changes.

And it won't be drastically different. I wouldn't get too stressed over it, nor be worried about "too much power"
