I'm not an SPL guy, however, I do appreciate what you guys do.  Looks like a solid enclosure build.  I have to ask though, even though you say the BL was flowing, what in the heck happened to that speaker?

Each column of two subs was on their own amp, the phase of the middle amp goes switched to 180* instead of 0*. We turned it up a little and heard a "pop", turned it down. But damage was done, so we fixed the switch and played them till it tore itself up.
