Well hello there, Ive always been reading info on here and i finally made an account.   Signed up for help with reconing my 12" Fi Q and with a new box design.  I miss my Fi, time to fix it.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I think something happened to your FI Q cause it looks exactly like an Alpline type X.. ;P Just kidding!

 

Honestly reconing is extremely easy if you just take your time and be patient. Watch a few youtube videos and you will surprise yourself when you complete your recone yourself. The key for me was lining up the spacing in the gap to make sure you don't get coil rub right off the bat.
