after putting this in. just powering the stocks. i must say wow. if you ever heard a monsoon system. you will know what i mean.

the speakers sound much more clear not so muddy like it did.

the TA is cool to play with. and dose make a huge difference.

i will give a full review after the compleat system is in.

I would assume the pause is button 3 as with the 8455. I do not see the pause on the remote.

Mine is in, but the amps are not. Cannot review as of yet.

Looks sweet. Can't wait to hear how you like it when it is no longer the stock speaks.

Side question: buddy of mine just got a gti with monsoon and wants an ipod input. Does the monsoon have separate amps or require any sort of rewire? The reason I ask is I doubt he will do more than a h/u, unless it is a VW option. <--weirdo

monsoon in gm is a single amp deal...not hard to interface with an aftermarket h/u..jsut make sure you use the turn on lead from the h/u

but be warned..gm uses two 6 volt turn on leads, dunno about vw.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:
