There's a difference between talking and doing. A lot of people taking about exercising and getting in shape, and you know what? That's great - but talking and wishful thinking don't get it done.

There are only two options regarding commitment, you're either in or you're out. There's no such thing as life in between. If you're not 100% in, get the fuck out now.
