Updated the home page

I got motivated and updated/cleaned up the home page a little, with the help and guidance of Dave Loman, my HTML was recalled a little, and he found a neat mouse over java script. Little more content and pictures now.

I know I prefer the F40, but Mark made that banner a while ago and I did not want to pouch up the page too much, just a little functionality and content. It is up to date with companies and such.

Seems a little "unfinished"...

- with that style of page, centering it looks much better

- The Javascript mouseover thing is cool, but fill that space with it or don't do it It looks kind of forlorn with such a small picture box...
