RE12.1 or ED NINe.1

Aren't they about the same as far as power? I currently have an RE12.1, but I was kinda looking at the NINe.1 cause I can get a matching NINe.2. I know it's kinda silly, but I like my things to match. Is there a reason one would be better than the other?

Oh, ok. Well the only reason I like the ED's is because of the matching amps you can get. Personally, I like the simple look of the RE12.1 better.

Well, the Ben Milne story is a long and painful one that I'm not sure is worth going into for the 100th time, particularly on a board that prides itself in mature and ethical behaviour

Idk why everyone is hating on Ben. ED's service has been nothing but great for me. I have an ED nine.1 and i love it. I use to run RE until they decided to go corporate and jack up all the prices. I'm in the process of getting my 12 SX into an Fi/SX hybrid. Idk any other company that has a 5 year warranty on their products and I'm with you, oxsign. I like the matching look, which is why I'll probably buy a nine.4 in the coming months. The only problem ive had with my nine.1 is the mounting feet slowly rattling loose but that was an easy fix. I just swapped out the screws for bolts and nuts.
