I need smartphone advice. I found out today I am able to end my current contract early without penalty.

Do I get a Treo or Blackberry that is already on the market? Or do I wait until August 24th and get the HTC Touch Diamond (http://www.htc.com/www/product.aspx?id=46278) .... or wait for the HTC Touch Pro (http://www.htc.com/www/product.aspx?id=49518) ... or whenever Blackberry releases whatever they are going to release (November/December) ...

I need something I can keep my daily schedule on, appointments, get my e-mail ... the basics.

Housing is expensive up here. It's actually a pretty damn good price compared to others of that size/age/condition in the area. I live in the hottest real estate market in the country
