Thanks for all the nice comments. Its a basic 1 amp system. so the 3 and 4 channels are bridged to power the RE8 which is just 175 rms, The JBL gives out just 150 rms.

The sound is pretty much impressive. the box is tunned verrrrry low. Yup its a rear loading horn box.

all i can say is for 150 rms, it shakes my kitchen doors

thanks for the reply guys! just changed my HU to a pioneer 6050, The subs broken in already and does pretty well with the low notes. Its a rear horn box tunned at 30hz :WTFBubble:

how would you build a box like this for a BTL?

Do some research about the enclosure and the type first to see if its what you need.
