If the box is small for the sub im using (in cubic ft) will it damage the sub...... Thanks

No. Just will have a different frequency response curve than the manufacturer intends/recommends.

Moving to a sub forum instead of amplifiers.

and a smaller box allows you to feed the sub extra power! not sure how much hell nto even sure on the sub or potential amp being used lol!

Will lose a little on the low end extension as the woofer will roll off quicker in an undersized enclosure.
