They legally cant shut you down if are making money off the show. They cant stop you from making money. Thats the only reason why the show didnt get shut down.

Thats what the USACi guy told me. And there is no noise ordnance in the day. They legal cant shut you down if it is a source of income for you, thats why concerts dont get shut down.
