Okay, my brother picked up a JL Audio 1000/1v2

This thing has so many filters/settings it's very different from my sundown.

What do they all mean? I've never messed with an amp with all these kind of settings.

"Q"

Center Freq

Infrasonic Freq

Filter Freq

Mode/Slope -- Off/12/24

Input Voltage -- Low/High

Input Sens

"Q" = Width of Bass Boost Frequency (leave alll the way down)

Center Freq = Bass Boost Frequency (leave all the way down)

Infrasonic Freq = Sub Sonic Filter (your discretion or a few hz under port tuning)

Filter Freq = Low Pass Filter (your discretion or a few hz under midbass frequency)

Mode/Slope -- Off/12/24 = The slope you desire, if for subs I would use 24db but its up to you.

Input Voltage -- Low/High = Do you have a high pre-out headunit or not?

Input Sens = Gain Knob

The Q, center frequency, and boost is the same as a basscube. Just an overglorified parametric eq for subbass
