So I was driving down the road again yesterday and heard a truck with similar sounding exhaust, but I couldn't video it.

I heard it a good +100ft behind him. I thought something that flappin on my truck. I would speed up and slow down, but it didn't change. Then it went away.(The guy would let off the accelerator). Then I realized it was coming from a car. I rode beside him for 15 minutes or more. He got mad and tried to "race" me I guess you could say. But he would floor it and it wouldn't move any. Then I would and jump way infront of him, he really didn't like that.
