All are 100% unsafe with no protection.

You will not be finding someone to pay you that way.

Totally understand, I have been a member of paypal since 2003. I decided to try and buy and sell cell phone around christmas time to make some extra money. Well, I did about 10K worth of busniess through ebay and paypal. I refunded three people their money for various reasons (I gave a three day return policy on the listing). Now paypal has decided to hold my funds for 21 days on each transaction. I have 100% positive feedback on ebay and no unhappy customers cause I took care of all issues right away. So I am a little ticked off with paypal.

As someone who sells more than I buy. Their claim system is not fair for the seller.

You think the transaction is secure till you have an issue. I lost $200 when I purchased a hifonics amp from a guy and he never sent it. Paypal said their was nothing they could do because there was no money in his paypal account.

And do what, get a claim against a criminal? Like that would be worth the time and effort. I call it a lesson learned.

The guy was so sure that he could get away with it that he posted a pic of the amp and the laptop that he was suppose to sell me and another guy with the cash that we paid him on top of them. I will try to find the pic

Police wouldnt do anything, and an attorney told me I would never see my money again.

Paypal is part of the problem also. They took no action, except to tell me that there was no funds in his account to refund me.
