Since Fi basically has one of the cheapest prices out there, for the product they offer, even with a little increase, its still cheaper than any other USA made sub. I mean I hate to see a increase, because I was planning on buying one in a month or two, but still, its worth every penny. Fwiw...I don't think anybody else in the industry is using all American forged steel..and I know damn good and well they are not using an American made 18" basket either. (That costs us about 3 times as much as the Chinese one) ...and we're still cheaper then everybody else, and we do it all ourselves.

It's the linkage itself or the more than likely, the shift cable leading from the lever to the linkage. It's probably broken from the plastic underneath the dash and has stretched.

The problem with not is that in the price range you are looking at ALL the sets make large compromises and no matter of verbage is going to let you know what that is. Taking the lazy approach of just buying something off the net based on some random person's "I have this and I love them" response isn't going to be your best deal. Much better to spend some time with your ears listening and then to make the decision.

Very fine build here. Love the way the doors came out. I personally love the way the speaker and port look nekkid (without the cover).

One last test fit. I had to cut a little a reglass but I expected that. I used cat litter to measure enclosure volume. Now I need to measure the amount of cat litter used to fill the enclosure to get the volume. I covered the enclosure in vinyl. There are more stretch marks than a 90 year old woman! I layed down some Stinger Roadkill Expert on the bottom. I also used grommets for the 10 gauge Gepco ocf wire. You can see the screw in 10-24 bolt thingies that I am using to mount the driver. Making the grill. I used plywood and perforated steel. This is the back side. The front side is counter sunk so the steel is flush. I used minature bal and socket thingies to mount the grill. I made an error with this. I should havd use 3 ball and socket thingies, I only used 2 Here she is on the door. I used "special acoustic" grill cloth lol. Not too bad. You know how it goes....looks good from afar but far from good lol.

Yeah I thought about it. Before I go threw with that though id like to see what interest I get here because If it was enough then id be ok with paying them. More as just testing the waters seeing what type of response I get here first.

here's a tip- The whole country is in the process of recovering from a heat wave... I would wait and see how your setup does at the end of the week. Every summer, i have to open my car up for a couple minutes and let the car cool down before i start it so my amps aren't in protect. That's typical 140F in the car trapped. so.. if it's still going in protect this weekend AFTER letting your car vent out from being in the sun, take a pic of where the amp(s) are so we can get a visual on some recommendations...

What are those amps out of the box? I wish I had monies, I want a 100.4. You got any broke repairable amps laying around? I'm sure you probably don't have any Sundowns, but others?
