I just finished both the ported boxes after they were so highly recommended, So I thought id post pictures of both. Also at the end Ill say which one sounds the best in my application. You have to admit that looks pretty badass even without being carpeted yet. I'm thinking paint the port white, black carpet on sides and back and leather/vinyl for front. So actually one ported one sealed sounded the best! Although its not recommended by many, it sounded fantastic. You get the SQ and top end of sealed and you get the lows and loudness of ported. In my opinion its the perfect combo for these drivers. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of them together but... if your in the market for two 15in Dcons and you want both SQ and SPL go for ported and sealed. (Although it does look a little funky so I recommend making one box but sealing one woofer off.)

I purchased one and wear it when I'm out in the field with work sometimes. Fits according to size, and is of that good Dickies quality. NIce product. Thanks for shipping to me in Japan.

Where have you ever seen a prefab of this quality and construction? I am going to guess and say you never did and never will.

I think these might be a little different than a "prefab" enclsoure.

Yea a lot of things to consider. I mean if you have the amp in a well ventilated area and have very strong electrical than you could run it at .5 ohms. I just don't see the extra gain in it though. ALso i'm not sure if OP has the knowledge to run the amp below 1 ohm.

Actually shitty boxes that aren't designed for the driver at hand are. These are well built and drivers can easily be selected for their parameters.

1250rms is correct. I was going to get the X's until I became too impatient & cheap. Didn't wanna drop more in electrical to add a 2nd SAZ3500v.2

They are rated at 750, not 1250. I would agree that you should try one ZCON first. I can almost gaurentee that you will be surprised with the output.Bassink is right, the Sundown X subwoofers are rated for 1250 watts and not 750.

Like I normally do I changed things up again. I am sticking with the KS900.6 for the front stage and I am not going to use an additional battery in the trunk. There isn't a need for it. I am just getting started on the IB install. I have the baffle cut and positioned in place. I need to, make a trim panel, weld bracing and then carpet. The subs are mounted facing the trunk. There is no loss of trunk space at all. The magnets are within an 1/8" of the back of the back seat Hopefully I will have the IB install complete very soon and I can work on the amp mount.
