So Gabriel has decided to join forces with SSA and do this build after the current shop that built his current set up has refused to make changes to current set up to keep him happy. So we are going to tear this down and rebuild it with XCON 12's in our spare time to get this to be one loud set up. Here's some pics of the car at the last show, then the tear down pictures...

Those amplifiers are far from new. This is just another example that so many of the good shops are gone.

ditto. I know the guy behind this install and all I can say, is this is not surprising to see this....

I think we'll be working on this one today and should have the start of a box up here too look at....

not just that. he paid over 17k to this one shop for all this work including audio and this is what they gave him. Even buffed up these old POS amps and sold them to him as new. wtf!

allright, here's an update, we got the box worked out for this car...

31hz tuned

74in^2 of port

We took out the back deck cover and mounted the 6x9's on the outside of the cover so it didn't muffle all the highs from them...

the first bit of pics are from the previous install, like the lack of grounds etc....the rest is of the start of the new box... Enjoy
