When did Planet Audio start making HU's?

just wondering, I was looking for images for a banner and I found HU's on their site, they resemble on the outside like the first run of RF HU's for a few years ago, anyway here is a pic of the top end unit:

specs are decent so far, look to be on par with Clarion and Pioneer, maybe not Eclipse or Nak or Denon, but still nice piece's from what I see

The DVD in-dash screens surprised me quality wise. I thought they'd be pretty cheap in all aspects, but it seemed just fine to me.

PA offers an awesome warranty too.

they started making them for the 04 product line, i'll have to ask my friend that works at a warehouse that sells them what he thinks of them

yea they been out about a year...

they had some at one of the audio stores do work for, i think they were haveng trouble with the ones they had...(the dvd player and the mp3)
