I do too, but Id rather spread happieness than hatred. But then again im an avid person of thinking outside the box, and everyone in that thread were huddled together in the center of that box.

I think everyone has something to share. The only way people learn anything is by human interaction. Antisocialist attitudes are EXTREMELY unhealthy, and often dangerously lead to other psychological problems.

Sure I work at a job where I am constantly dealing with different people. Some of them do suck, but I at least give everyone a chance.

Just because one has lost faith in humanity and grown a pessimistic attitude over the years, it doesn't mean one treats everyone they come across with angst and hatred ...

Have I lost faith in humanity ? You're goddamn right, I have ... Everywhere I look, less and less people neglect to do the right thing. I was walking with my friend through a parking lot when this idiot tried to get into a parking spot too fast and rear-ended the van in the next spot. And this wasn't just minor damage either, this was a huge ass dent. Guy just backed up and parked. After he went into the store, I took down the guys license number, a description of the vehicle, and a description of him despite my friend whining, "Who cares." ... When the guy came back out, he just got into his truck and left without leaving a note or anything. And, although there were like at least a dozen other people in the parking lot who saw it, I was the only one who reported it. And, guess what ? I'm the only witness that showed up in court, too. And, guess what ? I received threatening phone calls from the driver of the truck, too.

Now, I'd love to say that's an isolated incident, but I can easily recite a dozen other cases where people were too pucking apathetic and self-involved to give a fudge about some unknown innocent person's welfare. And this isn't even getting into my life ...

I always try to do what's right and I always give everyone I come into contact with the benefit of the doubt. However, my opinion of people as a whole is that most are worthless sacks of chit.

You have no reason, or right, to hate everyone and lose faitih in humanity for it. Quit whining about all these so-called bad things that have happened to you. You obviously have yet to understand how to learn from bad experiences. Honestly, you think its everyone else that is apathetic and self-involved, but you are no better than them for automatically judgeing everyone else, and claiming that the rest of the world are like that. Don't you guys see that there is hope and joy in life, if only you make the decision to find it! There are amazing and fantastic people out there, if only you allow those people into your life! You are being just as selfish by shutting them out of your life. No one ever said that you treat people with hatred, but your attitude alone does far more damage than any actions do.
