alright i found some battery terminals from KnuKonceptz and they hold 1/0 gauge wire. im planning on using them for the big 3 and for my amp install, my question is will they hold a 0 gauge wire? or will i have to just not get a positive terminal? here is the link to the battery terminal

It says right in the description that it holds up to 3, 1/0 gauge wires. Where's the confusion?

Do not buy those! u will literally want to kill somebody... they are the worst terminals i've ever used in my life.. I could smack the guy who made them and thought they were good, i'm not lying.

Piece of crap...

I'd rather own some boss audio subs than to have had those.

i say buy the 12 dollar ones. i never had a problem with them. plus if you wanna have three runs of 0 gauge on each one just use ring terminals to attach them.

alright, well im planning on doing the big 3 with 1/0 wire. and then just one amp with 0 gauge wire. so im guessing 2 terminals for the negative and 2 for the positive. does that sound right?

1 amp

1 big 3 addition wire

1 factory wiring (8awg probably)

u can get these-

Tsunami TSBT-PN (tsbtpn) - Battery Terminals - Sonic Electronix

but going with terminals that require terminals on the wire would be cheaper.

for one, the connections are shit. they are a bitch to tighten but then onto performance-

they have a VERY HIGH resistance problem. When i was using a HO alt, they would get REAL hot which means resistance issues inside the terminals.

I was looking at those. maybe sonic will give me a discount since im buying my H/U, Wire harness, and mounting bracket from them. but i doubt it will lol. also what fuse type will i need for the alt to battery and what fuse will i need from the amp to the battery? i cant give you the details due to the fact that i dont have the car :P but i think it is a 140 amp alt

alt to bat fuse- fuse the wire so a 1/0 cable needs at least a 250a fuse.
