Me personally do not like threads like the one i am making currently.. but i just need suggestions for my brother.

He's getting (2) 15" BTLs for a 99 Dodge Dakota RT.

I need amp suggestions, either.. (2) 2k amps that can be strapped OR (1) 4k amp

The amps can be around 2k or 4k.

We've thought about AQ2200 and SAZ-4500D

Thanks, BanginGMC.

well if he can achieve the higher voltages then he can do 4k at 1 ohm 16 volts

i've had 2 Memphis 4kws before and loved them, a little on the pricey side but def. worth the extra coin, i swapped from two of those to 2 goliaths and regret it. The memphis dont get as hot, cleaner signal, and overall better amp. they def. do the power they say they do

AQ3500... hmm, I think we have a winner.

Keep the suggestions coming if possible.

Are you kidding? There are way too many options without budget. You can go with any decent brand and can get two 2ks or a 3.5-5k amp.

True, I wish Alpine made PDX amps that do 4500krms + as many filters as AQ

Don't get the PDX4.100

Get the PDX-F4

Why no below 1ohm? Makes your search alot easier.

Because i like to make things complicated :)

No, but it's easier on the amp if it's 1ohm instead of .5 so.. thats why.

AQ is the winner.
