Insist on single piece precast sills.

That is french to me. tongue.png

What a window sill should look like. There is one single (aka monolithic) piece of concrete:

These are multiple piece window sills. Notice the joints. If you don't install them properly (most installers do not), there will be water intrusion in the structure. Mold, rot, etc. follow.

For me time of day doesn't make much if a difference. That is what I've noticed from 4 months of daily weigh-ins.

Going from morning to evening or mid-day is a pound or two difference.

I know all my examples are all stone or brick exteriors, but it applies to all window installations.

Doesn't just have to be a simple, boring block either

Water doesn't run uphill, so any driving rain against the window will eventually run to the bottom frame of the window. Screwing the bottom frame of the window provides a conduit for the water to travel through into the structure.

I watched it on Univision at work.  Much more entertaining.  :)  I will take a 0-1 loss and advance and save our guys for Belgium.

They looked tired. Managed to move the ball well from the 5th minute until half, but that was about it. The starting slow we've had against Euro rivals, need to get the butterflies out. Hopefully we won't have those on the Belch-ans and can control the game somewhat.

Weight is falling back in line. 183.5lbs today, and I made it a point to do cardio to sweat out some of that water

My wife digs hers, hate playing with it myself as it makes my DNA seem SLOW as shit and feel like a toy.

Perhaps time to root and rip mine fresh. Sure there is a bunch of shit on it.

One strange ghost too. I can't send SMS to one of my friends as they come up blank. WOrks to everyone else. Doesn't matter if it is a group conversation or a pic. Blank.
