So Sean, these pots I got are Mauviel. Just a 2.5mm thick layer that I have never seen before.

I thought it was a different brand all together.

Beefy awesomeness, Mauviel restaurant supply. $200 vs $900 lol

Lol

Fucking truth!

Do you have any tips or tricks for care of them?

Undamnbelieveable how heavy they are.

Biggest trick is not too worry. The copper portion of mine look like shit because I USE them smile.png They will outlive you.

As with any pan, don't let acid sit in them for extended periods. ie, wash your shit. Of course pan sauce is the cure for a clean pan.

Sounds good. I just wanted to make sure the pans didn't need any specific encouragement to patina correctly and not blue up.

Downforce bro!

Actually, an auto cross wing would kick me up a class, and I am already working hard for mid-pack placements.  So any extra down force I can get is a good thing.

Pella?

No, these were fiberglass windows. Pella/Marvin/Anderson would be 30% more.

Ahhh, reason I asked is my brother works in Pella's custom plant and I'd imagine your windows if gone Pella would go across his desk.
