2 Mach 5 IXL-12.2.2 or 3 Mach 5 MJ-18Ms?

Which would you use? I'm not sure what I'd use for power..

Depends a bit on your goals and the space you have to work with. It's a LOT of cone area diffrence between 2 12's and 3 18's.

I voted 2 IXL's. Its not a knock in any way against the MJ's. I just think 2 IXL 12's and 12-1600rms would be more than any human should ever need. Note the "Should" in that sentence.

Plus it should make the box construction alot easier.

And the IXL's kick ass.......in case I was sending mixed messages.

I wish dB-r had refurbished SAZ-1500Ds in stock

I definitely cant afford the MSRP on the site... cause I have other things I need to get.

errr. a SAZ-1500D won't be enough power for the two will it? OR is it 0.5 stable?

Well what your budget on a amp?

You should be able the find 1000rms @ 2 ohm for a decent price.

I asked Jacob if the SAZ-1500 was 0.5 ohm stable, he said it was but voids warranty.

I'm going to be ordering two IXL-12.2.2s and buying a Orion 2500D.
