do you pull the trigger with the pad of your finger or with the joint? sounds like you're using the joint if you're pulling, try using the pad or even a little further out (whatever feels more comfortable) it'll help you pull directly back instead of at an angle causing the pull.

also how much travel does your trigger have? might be time for a trigger job, that helped my aim better than anything i had done to my 1911

I'm pretty much hair trigger. I have been working on not using the joint, but it's still a problem. I have short fingers and I think that its the biggest issure when holding the grip.

I always end up toqueing the grip when trying to squeeze

OH SNAP!

Think they will confiscate my burned CD's too? Or maybe take my original CD's because I don't have the original receipt.

Maybe they will then go down and hunt after the person who's garage sale I purchased my CD from as they cannot prove to be a buisness with the right to distribute that media and it was only for THEIR private use not for resale.

Alright so what do you guys think.

I can buy Headers, ORY, Catback all single 3", all Manrel, bolt it up myself and be done with it

or

I can buy Headers and figure out how to run dual 2.5", buy Mandrel U's, piece my exhaust together or find someone that can bend mandrel near Houston.

Cross Sectional Area

Single 3" = 7.06858

Dual 2.5" = 9.81748

If anything, Forced Induction is ATLEAST a year away, but nitrous is still a viable option and I will have a good Cam/Stall within the next few months, hopefully.

What would be the better option?

If it were me I would go with the one that was the quietest, and breathed the best.

6 of our top 20 posting members are no longer considered active. Strange. I don't want SSA to become a top heavy posting forum where only a small handful of people make the majority of posts.

If anything, I think the number of people making 10-15 posts a day has gone up significantly, sure, they don't have a ton of posts yet, but they're adding up fast.

Two of said 6 are the same person. I have been working on different ways on linking and promtion.

I can buy Headers, ORY, Catback all single 3", all Manrel, bolt it up myself and be done with it

I can buy Headers and figure out how to run dual 2.5", buy Mandrel U's, piece my exhaust together or find someone that can bend mandrel near Houston.

Cross Sectional Area

Single 3" = 7.06858

Dual 2.5" = 9.81748

Throw this into the mix as well. How much HP will I need to be putting out for Dual 3" to be nessecary/worthy.

I ask because my collectors on my Headers are 3" and Magnaflow makes a dual muffler that goes from Dual 3" inlets to dual 2" outlets. I could run 3" exhaust to the muffler then 2.5" the rest of the way. When/if I need to upgrade I would only have to do muffler back to finish it off

On this day in 1985, the Space Shuttle Discovery completed its mission, with Payload Specialist Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud becoming the first Arab and first Muslim in space. In 1983, Sally Ride returned to earth on the Space Shuttle, having become the first female American astronaut. In 1981, the Humber Bridge--the world's longest single-span suspension bridge for 17 years--opened, connecting Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. In 1947, Kenneth Arnold made the first widely reported UFO sighting, near Mount Rainier, Washington. In 1938, a 450 metric ton meteorite struck the earth in an empty field near Chicora, Pennsylvania. In 1901, the first exhibition of Pablo Picasso's work opened. And Bowdoin College (1794) and Eton College (1441) were founded. Found a place in Houston that does mandrel bending. About to call them and see how much lube I need to bring.

At Ripley's YOU are treated like family

Looks like I'll need to bring a lot

Hrmm... Guy tried to tell me that with long tube headers I am going to have problems with emissions because I am changing the location of the catalytic converters and 02 Sensors.... How does a catalyst perform different because of a change in location? I guess the gas cools sooo much in 18" that is becomes unconvertable in the presence of a catalyst :dunno:

dual 2.5"s are good up to the 450-500 hp range, you need to be moving a ton of air to need dual 3"

in Arizona, for emissions testing, OBD-II vehicles ('96 and later) are only plugged in and checked for codes, they don't get sniffed

if TX is the same way, you don't even need cats, just make sure there aren't any codes in your PCM when you go in for testing

I'm waiting on two packages ... one is scheduled to be delivered next Monday so I'll probably get it sometime around Thanksgiving and the other one should be here this week or early next week. Neither are audio related - one is my powerlifting gear (squat suit and wraps) and the other is two truck pulling harnesses. :D

Pics of me pulling a bus? They'll come.

Kind of thought the same thing. I really need to check it out.

Looks like to get what I want I'm going to have to do it myself, not really suprised. What kind of gas will I need to weld stainless?

Final tally should be true duals 2.5", no cats and single dual in dual out muffler. The muffler will make things much cheaper because I only have to buy 1 muffler instead of 2 mufflers and an x-pipe. Should I buy something to atleast "look" like a cat. I never have had anyone check under my trucks but there's always a first.

Edit: and to simplify the matter even more I may do 3" to the muffler with the reducing muffler to knock out having to make/buy reducers as well. Shouldn't make for too much "flow" eh?
