Why would a business want to make money, thats awful.

you don't get it

normal buildhouses won't even look at you unless you are wanting to order 100+ units.

you show up at tc's door with 500 bucks in your pocket and you'll walk out with your own "custom" (that just happens to be like everybody elses) uberwoofer. :nopity:

Look at Entasi... they had a run of, what, about 40 TC9's? Which was primarily the same as all other TC9's including old Mag's, SoundSplinter, and a fwe Eclipse?

meh.

And that's kinda funny considering on their website it specifically states that they are a "high volume manufacturer" and have a minimum order requirement of 500 units.

Yes, it does state that. But I've an email hanging around here somewhere with a sales rep...

I emailed them a little more then a month ago re: 'custom' motors. A local proprietor & I were/are looking into have some customs done. TC was willing (at that time) to start out with up to 3 iterations of sample drivers and would require a minimum order of 20 initially and 50 instock (us covering their expenses for keeping our parts on the shelves for supplemental runs).

These were 3hp based.

just fyi...
