Mark is more "in your face" SPL whereas Aaron is more "Sound" oriented.

Well, seeems that way from talking to them at events.

Considering what they have for equipment I would definitely agree.

Aaron has an ICON 18" right now, in his SQ ride, and I have a single Evil 18" on 4k in my Family vehicle. Right now i'm louder. smile.png

We are in the process of putting together the SSA tahoe though. Going to wall it off with 6 15" Evils we think in a 4th order on around 25k-30k power. Work in progress.

I met up with them both at Daytona, but seen Mark at a few other events. I think we met up in Shreveport once or twice. May have seen Mark in Huntsville for Unified World Finals, can't remember

I missed this topic.  I am not louder.  I do a great deal of daily commuting through Baltimore city, so I cannot have a megaton SPL system.  This is due to the weight / wear and tear on the car / MPG.  My daily driver is a small sportwagen (Mazda P5), that has a long list of modifications for handling and a little more umph, with intentions for some fun autocross time in the future, so a heavy system would be defeating the purpose.  Not to mention the very limited space in the hatch area, and oh by the way, I have an 8 year old that needs that back seat.
