When I am at work I don't log into SSA. Damn IT takes screen shots when the system detects questionable sites.

Conveniently for me I am my IT department. Also inconvenient. Convenient part is that I can vent while I do other mindless activities and multi-task

The last full brisket I did was stuck on the plateau for more than 15 hours. Obviously some shit to break down in that motherfucker.

9 hours in the smoker, 2 in the oven, and its finally done (7 lbs. 7 oz flat cut) Shame I'll have to wait til Sunday lunch to eat it though

In the past internet use was not as watched as it is today. As we hired more people from other companies they brought along their bad habits. Sitting on ebay all day rather than doing their job. Those damn Tyco and KC people any way!
